To DriveShop Clients & Media Partners,

We want to share with you the steps we are taking to provide for ongoing operations at DriveShop in response to the health and safety concerns of our employees, journalists, media and content partners.

Continued Press and Media Fleet Operations

We understand the importance of an ongoing press and media fleet operation, especially during a time when in-person events are limited. Rest assured that DriveShop is taking the necessary steps to continue uninterrupted press and media fleet operations in supporting the needs of our automotive clients, journalists, media and content partners.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The health and safety of our employees, journalists, media and content partners is a top priority. In addition to our existing cleaning and disinfectant procedures, we have implemented enhanced measures to prevent the spread of illnesses. DriveShop vehicle handlers are washing hands before and after each vehicle delivery and pick-up. During vehicle preparations, DriveShop vehicle handlers wear general purpose nitrile gloves and apply disinfectant to vehicle interiors, including all seats, seat belts, steering wheel and controls, door handles, touch screens, knobs and dials, and surfaces within the normal reach of drivers and passengers.

No Contact Vehicle Delivery and Pick-Ups

DriveShop vehicle handlers are offering contactless vehicle delivery and pick-up procedures. Borrowed Vehicle Agreements should be executed online prior to loan deliveries to avoid any contact with documents or mobile devices during the vehicle delivery process. Keys are being wiped down and disinfected before being provided to the loan recipient at delivery. DriveShop vehicle handlers maintain at least a six foot distance and wear a mask during the vehicle delivery and pick-up process.

Mandatory Work From Home

DriveShop recognizes the importance of maintaining the health and safety of our employees. As such, we are providing flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home options, for non-essential vehicle operations personnel. In addition, any staff who has any symptoms of illness is instructed to stay home or leave work immediately and notify their supervisor. Staff working in DriveShop facilities, supporting deliveries, and on site at events will wear masks to prevent exposure.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these uncertain times. DriveShop is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees, journalists, media and content partners while providing uninterrupted service to our automotive clients.

Sincerely,

The DriveShop Team
