Support media initiatives of automotive OEM manufacturers by managing their fleet of specialty vehicles available to the media for testing, evaluation and impressions. Engage and manage all regional media requests for media fleet loans, and collaborate with client, internal and external stakeholders to ensure media program goals are being met. Assist with media event activations in collaboration with clients and account services teams including project scope, budgeting, production, execution and close-out activities.


  • Maintain relationships with regional media contacts and participate/support regional automotive writers/journalist groups.

  • Manage client relationships and ensure client initiatives and programs are executed to the highest quality managing internal and external conditions and requirements.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for client regarding regional activity; ensure client, media and internal constituencies are engaged and supported as needed.

  • Manage lifestyle, automotive and social media vehicle loan schedules for regional media fleet programs.

  • Manage media coverage tracking using various technology tools that measure and inventory data.

  • Update regional media profiles with publication details, audience reach, etc.

  • Monitor media fleet program activity and media mix relative to program budgets and identify necessary adjustments as required.

  • Provide training to delivery drivers on vehicle knowledge and presentation abilities for individual vehicle models required for lifestyle and social media vehicle walk-around presentations in compliance with DriveShop training guides and adhering to any client specific requirements (g., prep, presentation, paperwork, etc.).

  • Ensure logistics and events billing is thoroughly and accurately detailed in company's Fleet Management System.

  • Develop scope of work, budgets and operations plans for regional media events in collaboration with client input and DriveShop Account and Client Services teams.

  • Assist in the production, execution, management, reporting and billing of regional media events.

  • Assist Account Management with regional Experiential marketing events as needed.

  • Collaborate with the Fleet Manager on all aspects of care and logistics for the media fleet life cycle: receipt/shipment including activation and turn-in of new vehicles to regional fleets following client protocol.

  • Assist with program management, fleet operations and event production support as needed and requested.

  • Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines

This position has supervisory responsibilities with direct reports..

Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required.

Certificates and Licenses:

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
