Influencer Marketing Coordinator, Automotive

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Automotive) is a key member of our company's Influencer Marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage automotive social media influencer campaigns and events, pitch new concepts, conduct influencer loan placements, and maintain social media messaging for the company. You'll work closely with our Influencer and Social Media Director, Account Managers and Regional Offices to manage influencer campaigns for our many clients. You will direct the production of the campaigns by providing creative elements, giving input on social strategy, evaluating campaign performance metrics, overseeing budgets and supporting overall client’s needs. Key indicators of your success as an Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Automotive) are the efficiency of coordination vehicle loans, managing campaigns, and budgets.


  • Manage monthly budget and schedule for vehicle loan activity for all clients

  • Accurately input data into the Fleet Management System software

  • Provide customer service including phone and e-mail correspondence scheduling and confirming influencer loan placement

  • Collaborate with regional offices to schedule loans

  • Maintain understanding of vehicle makes, models, and automotive manufacturers

  • Search, vet and pitch influencers

  • Manage multiple influencer campaigns and events at one time

  • Brainstorm influencer campaigns and events

  • Manage and attend influencer campaign events

  • Present data and thought-leadership to current and prospective clients

  • Process influencer payments

  • Handle conducting applications for influencers (including approvals and rejections)

  • Write and edit social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter

  • Study social media and influencer marketing trends

  • Work with team to achieve monthly goals and targets

  • Develop creative proposals for clients

  • Attend social media and blogging conferences

  • Attend automotive press events and auto shows

  • Willing to work on weekends occasionally

  • Be a great team player

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

  • A minimum of two years of related experience is required.

  • Knowledge of social media and the automotive industry is a must.

  • The ability to successfully manage simultaneous projects and/or events at various stages of completion and expertise in meeting the needs of remote stakeholders are crucial elements of this position.

  • Written, phone and online communication skills are precise and professional.

  • You are capable of consistently and quickly producing client-ready materials, reports, communications with proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.

  • You thrive in a casual team environment where every day is a different challenge. 


  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with an emphasis in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred.

  • Experience within an agency or office environment preferred.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams is required.

  • High proficiency with data management, social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, SnapChat) and Microsoft Office Software, as well as comfort with new computer applications and programs.

  • Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools is preferred.

  • Certificates and Licenses: Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
