Mark joined the company after an extensive career leading accounting, finance and operations initiatives for global travel, tourism and hospitality firms. Mark’s commitment to efficiency and cost controls combine with his experience leading service organizations to provide real benefits to our company and our clients.

 Josh Barrow  Chief Operating Officer  Josh leads DriveShop’s end-to-end operations from strategy to execution. He is a strong believer that taking care of people first will lead to improved quality and ultimately business value. Prior to joining DriveShop, Josh was a consultant and executive in the telecommunications industry. He was also an active duty military officer and still serves in the National Guard. Josh holds a BA from the University of Toledo, MBA from Florida State, and PhD from Capella University. When not delivering results for the business, Josh can be seen coaching his kids and pursuing his own athletic feats.
