Incidents, damage, theft and injuries are taken seriously at DriveShop and the company needs to be aware of these issues “real time” to provide a reasonable accounting of the events surrounding them.  As such, DriveShop requires that all staff report any Incident relating to Activities and Vehicles in our Care, Custody and Control, any Injury sustained while executing these activities or any incidents resulting in the notification of authorities, issuance of fines, fees or citations or the ceasing of Activities.

vehicle or asset damage, Loss or theft

Select this option if the Incident you are reporting relates to Damage, Loss or Theft of any Asset or Vehicle related to the execution of DriveShop Experiential or Fleet Related Activities.  This includes damage to or by 3rd Parties not employed by Driveshop.

personal injury related to company activity

Select this option if the Incident you are reporting relates to an injury to anyone, related to the execution of DriveShop Experiential or Fleet Related Activities.  This includes injuries to or by individuals not employed by Driveshop NOT related to a Vehicle Incident.

regulatory incident - citations, fines, etc.

Select this option if the Incident you are reporting relates to any Fine, Fee, Citations, Tickets or demands by recognized Law Enforcement or Regulatory Authorities impacting the execution of DriveShop Experiential or Fleet Related Activities.
