Event Production Manager Position Overview:
The Event Production Manager is the key member of our company's Experiential Marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to work on translating event strategies and plans into programs for our field operations teams to execute. To fulfill this responsibility you'll work closely with our Account Managers to evaluate the event objectives, coordinate movement of equipment, manage the inventories and materials, direct the production of creative elements, give input to staffing plans, evaluate event performance metrics, budget oversight and support overall event management. Key indicators of your success as an Event Production Manager are the efficiency of resource allocation, managing event timelines and budgets as well as the satisfaction of your colleagues which rely on the quality and timeliness of your work to meet their performance objectives.
A minimum of three to five years of event planning, client or agency experiential marketing experience is required along with a bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business administration, communications or public relations. The ability to successfully manage simultaneous projects and/or events at various stages of completion and expertise in meeting the needs of remote stakeholders are key elements of this position. Your written, phone and online communication skills are precise and professional. You are capable of consistently and quickly producing client-ready materials, reports, communications with a proficiency in using Microsoft Office products. You thrive in a casual team environment where every day is a different challenge. Lastly, as we work exclusively with the world’s leading automakers, automotive marketing experience, knowledge or a high level of interest in automobiles is desirable.
